Most traditional heaters spend way too much energy heating up the air around the glass instead of actually heating the glass itself. They go straight for the score line, which means you stop paying for electricity that doesn&amp;rsquo;t actually help your product.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Getting the heat where it belongs&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Our IR lamps pack a lot of punch into a small space. Because we use high-voltage setups, we can cram more heat density into the length of the tube.&#xA;The result? You hit your annealing temperatures much faster. This is great because it lets you either speed up your conveyor or just push more volume through the line.&#xA;One heads-up, though: these lamps get&lt;strong&gt;intense&lt;/strong&gt;. Make sure your housing ventilation is actually up to the task, or you&amp;rsquo;ll end up with melted lamp sockets. Not a fun way to spend a Tuesday.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The nuts and bolts&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We built these with high-purity quartz and a halogen cycle to keep the filaments from burning out too fast. The halogen gas stops the tungsten from evaporating, so your tubes stay clear instead of &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;turning&lt;/a&gt; dark and moody over time.&#xA;As for the setup, we use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. They&amp;rsquo;re basically drop-in replacements. You can swap them into most &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;industrial&lt;/a&gt; arrays without having to rip out your power rack and start from scratch.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;What this actually does for your shop&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;If you&amp;rsquo;re used to convection ovens, you know that &amp;ldquo;thermal lag&amp;rdquo; feeling. IR heating kills that. You get a precise heat soak right on the score line, which means less internal stress and way fewer pieces ending up in the scrap bin.&#xA;Now, the lamps cost more upfront than those basic resistive heaters. But when you look at the electricity bill at the end of the year, the system usually pays for itself within twelve months.&#xA;Just do me a favor:&lt;strong&gt;keep the quartz tubes clean&lt;/strong&gt;. If dust builds up, you&amp;rsquo;ll get hot spots, and the lamps will burn out way sooner than they should.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
