Because we want the heat to be flat and steady from one end to the other. Nobody &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;wants&lt;/a&gt; a bottle that looks fine but shatters the moment it hits a shelf.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The nitty-gritty stuff&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Since these tubes are so long, they take a beating. We use heavy-wall quartz to make sure they can actually handle the physical stress.&#xA;For the connections, we usually go with R7s or SK15 bases. We do this so your team can wire them up quickly without fighting with fragile leads. And if you need a specific wavelength for your process? We can coat the quartz to shift the emission spectrum just right.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A word of warning on installation&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Here is the trade-off.&#xA;Having fewer gaps is great. It means a smaller footprint for your tunnel and a much smoother heating zone. But a 2-meter tube is a different beast than a 500mm one. It&amp;rsquo;s fragile.&#xA;You cannot flex these things. Seriously. If your mounting brackets are even a tiny bit off, the quartz will snap.&#xA;Tell your maintenance crew to make sure those &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;rails&lt;/a&gt; are&lt;strong&gt;dead-level&lt;/strong&gt;before they drop the units in. Also, keep an eye on your airflow. When you have this much concentrated heat in one continuous line, the outer shell of the kiln can overheat if the ventilation isn&amp;rsquo;t dialed in.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
